Replace the TinyMCE Scripts
Do you recall that the issue popped up, after you updated WordPress, it could be a rare occurrence but it is likely, that the update process didn’t occur correctly? All you need to do is replace a new copy of /wp-includes/js/tinymce/folder with the old copy.
